If you already know which model, which upholstery and which colour you want, you can easily place your order through our web shop. If you have any special needs or you want some personal advice on the many possibilities, you can visit one of our many showrooms. Once you have found your perfect Chesterfield in our showroom, you can easily place your order with help of our advisors.

There are only three simple steps between you and your Chesterfield purchase: Select the products you want, enter your personal information and pay. This is all! We ask a deposit of 35 percent before production.

Within 2 business days after ordering, (Both through our web shop and through our showrooms) we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order details and planned week of delivery.

I have ordered, so what happens next?

To save you time, we will indicate when delivery will take place as accurately as possible. Delivery is carried out by our own transport, so damage during transport is non existant. Are there any construction or manufacturing faults? Then an independent repair service will solve this on-site for you. After delivery has occurred you are expected to pay the remaining amount of your order. This can be cash, or by bank with your Credit Card, with Pay Pal or with iDeal.  Step 1: Select the products of your choice and place them in your shopping cart. Once you have selected your products, you can continue to step 2.

 Step 2: Fill in your personal information in order to process your order.

 Step 3: Make sure your personal information is entered correctly. If needed, you can change your information here. You will also need to accept our general terms and conditions to proceed to the last step.

 Step 4: Pay the prepayment of 35% in our safe and reliable payment system. Once you have paid the 35%, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and Chesterfield.com will send you an order confirmation within 2 business days. You must pay the remaining amount when your furniture has been delivered.
